I wanted to test a theory of mine. Which is that during my year at UTwente, I’ve become more extroverted and confident in leading others. I found that I enjoy it and it gives me joy to drive others to search for the best possible result. I do need to work in how I handle feedback and maybe sometimes take action before sorting things out, since things sort themselves out along the way anyway.
My goal is to become ENTJ.
My current personality is INTJ-A (Architect)

I do need to take it again when I will have finished this Master’s. Incredible experience so far.
I am leaning 7% in the introverted side. Basically that’s the difference to ENTJ. But at the same time, I like it. Why? Because I am able to step down if someone more fit comes around while ofc building myself up to take the top spot again. I also like it because I keep a certain distance to people I work with. I like drawing a line between personal and professional lives.
Basically, I'm currently a "I'll eventually figure it out".
I need to make the shift to “WE‘re going to figure it out. Now”
